Justin M. Carder, 22, Des Moines, was charged with third-degree theft at 1:02 a.m.

Aaron T. Colburn, 36, Nevada, was charged with criminal trespass at 12:01 a.m.

Brittany M. Conant, 23, Dayton, was charged with fifth-degree theft and a probation violation at 2 p.m.

Boyang Hu, 24, S. Grand Ave., was charged with driving while barred at 11:58 a.m.

Casey A. Kraus, 29, Stratford, was charged with a probation violation at 5:20 p.m.

Joseph P. Verville, 27, Nevada, was charged with contempt at 3:39 a.m.

Sept. 5

Maxim A. Consalvi, 21, Stanton Ave., was charged with public intoxication at 2 a.m.

Casey J. Schaller, 20, Waterloo, was charged with public intoxication at 1:30 a.m.

Dwight Taylor, 26, S. Kellogg Ave., was charged with criminal trespass at 11:51 a.m.

Matthew R. Warner, 20, Sheldon Ave., was charged with public intoxication at 10:30 p.m.

Albert J. Wolfe, 21, Sherman Ave., was charged with escape from custody certain institutions at 3:25 p.m.

Sept. 6

Anna M. Enabnit, 20, North Dakota Ave., was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; turning from an improper lane and failure to prove security against liability at 2:46 a.m.

Felicia Y. Olson, 21, Nevada, was charged with driving while barred, failure to maintain registration, failure to prove security against liability and possession of drug paraphernalia at 2:23 a.m.

Kelly D. Smith, 41, Oakland Street, was charged with driving under suspension and careless driving at 12:30 a.m.
