Cahill: Work of the School Board is Productive, Positive
Ankeny School Board President Pat Cahill will seek re-election to the board in September.

A long-time school board member Pat Cahill said she will seek an additional term on the Ankeny School Board not only because she's been encouraged to.
“I also feel that being on the School Board is a productive and worthwhile thing to do,” Cahill said in an email to Patch. “I cannot imagine spending my time in any better way than to be involved with the education of Ankeny children.”

“Being on the School Board gives me the pleasure and privilege of working with great people in a great school District. Working with the current School Board and with Dr. Kimpston has been a productive and positive experience, and I am hoping to be able to continue to do that,” Cahill said.
