Shawn Christopher Gregory, 32, St. Robert, MO., was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance at 10:20 a.m.

June 29

Cathleen C. Carruthers, 29, NW Ashlund Parkway, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 1:49 a.m.

Michael Ordean Mellas, 23, NEB., was charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense; at 2:13 a.m.

June 30

Reghan M. Markert, 22, Polk City, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 12:36 a.m.

Stephen Andrew Wedgewood, 28, Pleasant Hill, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication at 2:05 a.m.

Renee M. Koeniguer, 45, West Des Moines, was charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication at 11:36 p.m.

Jesse L. Webb Mausbach, 19, SW Arlan Lane, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 1:34 a.m.

Seth N. Clark, 21, 509 NW Beechwood Street, was charged with first-degree robbery at 4:29 a.m.

Tanner K. Sellers, 19, NW Sturbridge, was charged with first-degree robbery at 4:29 a.m.

July 2

Jamie V. Tom, 34, Arlan Lane, was charged with assault or display of a dangerous weapon.

Ryan D. Gruver, 35, Des Moines, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 11:26 p.m.

July 3

Phillip E. Smith, 60, NW Beechwood Street, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 2:06 a.m.

Nicholas M. Strandberg, 33, Hickory Lane, was charged with possession of marijuana, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, and a probation violation at 1:45 p.m.

Anthony Robert Weber, 19, Ankeny BLVD., was charged with false imprisonment and assault causing serious injury at 9:29 p.m.

Izaak Alan Berglund, 22, NE 12th Street Place, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; and driving while license denied or revoked at 11:49 p.m.

Joshua A. Novey, 31, SW Maize Drive, was charged with fifth-degree theft at 5:43 p.m.

Trevor Leroy Hempen, 20, of Ames, was charged with third-degree theft at 7:39 p.m.
