• Southwest Iowa Housing Trust Fund receives Local Housing Trust Fund Award from Iowa Finance Authority (westerniowatoday.com) — Atlantic-area residents should know that the Southwest Iowa Housing Trust Fund has received over $441,000 from the Iowa Finance Authority to support affordable housing in its seven-county region, including Cass County. The money will help low-income families with down payments, critical home repairs, homelessness assistance, and replacing dilapidated houses with new development opportunities.
   

• PREP WRESTLING: Riverside Invitational highlights (swiowanewssource.com) — Atlantic wrestling fans will want to know three Trojan junior varsity wrestlers saw action at Saturday’s Riverside Invitational in Oakland, with Hunter Kinzie and Mason Betts each going 1-2 and Dart Hansen finishing 2-3. The meet featured strong performances from several area schools, including Riverside’s Drew Anderson dominating at 144 pounds and multiple champions from ACGC, Riverside girls, and SWAT.
