• Mark L. Waterman (communitynewspapergroup.com) — Family and friends in Boone are among those mourning Mark Lorain Waterman, 66, of Strawberry Point, who died Dec. 12 in Waterloo. His brother Steve Waterman and wife Vicki live in Boone, tying this loss to our community. Services will be held at a later date, with Leonard-Muller Funeral Home assisting the family and online condolences available.
