Nancy Jane Swinton, 70, female, of Waverly, arrested at 1:43 p.m. at Walmart, charged with fifth degree theft.

Dantrell Marquan Vaughn, 18, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 3:06 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with fifth degree theft.

Sept. 18:

Qunshaundes McNealy, 18, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 1:05 p.m. at Kohls, charged with two counts fourth degree theft and one count interference/no injury.

Jerry Duwayne Burt Jr., 30, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 10:40 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first degree.

Sept. 19:

David Gilbert Prentice, 58, male, of Waverly, arrested at 7:05 p.m. at Hy-Vee, charged with fifth degree theft.
