Marlon Derell Harris Jr., 22, male, of 4121 Heritage Road, arrested at 5:11 p.m. at the Black Hawk County Jail, charged with fourth degree criminal mischief.

Starnesha Tiara Martin, 18, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 7:46 p.m. at Walmart, charged with fifth degree theft.

Vaughn Richard Etringer, 29, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 8:48 p.m. at Holiday Road and University Avenue, charged with outside warrant/wanted.

June 8:

Shane Patrick Hessenius, 21, male, of 9614-104A University Ave., arrested at 2:37 a.m. at 2019 College St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication and fifth degree theft.

Jane Elizabeth Fitzpatrick, 22, female, of 2415-7 W. Fourth St., arrested at 3:57 p.m. at Hy-Vee, charged with fifth degree theft.
