Sample Beer and Food, Support Gallagher (Announcement)

Celebrate the art of fine cuisine and fine brews at the fifth annual Beers to You and Gourmet Too, February 26th, 2012, at the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center in Waterloo.

This year, Bob Cannon, the face of Sam Adams, will join us! He will deliver an exciting presentation and judge the first-ever Beers to You and Gourmet Too Home Brewers Contest.

After you hear Mr. Cannon’s presentation you can experience the finest cuisine the Cedar Valley has to offer. Each food sample is paired with the finest import, craft and specialty beers.

Watch live demonstrations from some of our top chefs, sample an array of fantastic culinary creations and experience the ultimate dining experience with the perfect beer pairings.

Tickets for all of this are only $35 for general admission. Or, if you are a true beer enthusiast, and want to find out what all the buzz is about, you can upgrade to a VIP ticket for just $10 more.

The VIP ticket gives you full access to an exclusive area where the Home Brewers Contest will be held. You can get in on the action and judge the home brews for yourself! You can also chat with brewery representatives, enjoy passed appetizers from featured chefs and get a free VIP gift bag, including gifts and coupons from the restaurants, breweries and more.

There will also be an amazing raffle where you could win a VIP trip to Boston complete with an all-access tour of the Sam Adams Brewery and much more! Raffle tickets are just $5 each, or 6 for $25.

Beers to You and Gourmet Too is a fundraiser for Friends of the Gallagher-Bluedorn. Funds raised will support the A Buck A Kid! program, Kaleidoscope, programming and other needs of the Performing Arts Center.
