Assault, Marijuana and Theft Charges: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

Oct. 3:

Casey James Wireman, 26, male, of 1113 Lindale Road, arrested at 12:41 p.m. at Lindale Road and Big Woods Drive, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Lindsey Marie Droste, 25, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 7:11 p.m. at Von Maur, charged with fifth degree theft.

William Stanton McCaughey, 19, male of 1328 Delta Drive, arrested at 7:31 p.m. at the same location, charged with possession of a controlled substance - marijuana - 2 and drug parapheranlia.

Jordan Keith Oulman, 23, male, of Riceville, arrested at 10:18 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with assault without intent to injury.
