Husein Mujakic, 48, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 3:31 p.m. at the 100 block of Brandilynn Boulevard, charged with fifth-degree theft.

Dec. 30:

John Phillip Eichenberger, 24, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 12:40 a.m. at 422 Main St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Sean Gomez, 33, male, of 33761 110th St., arrested at 12:56 a.m. at 401 Main St., charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct.

William Grant Pollock, 22, male, of Grinnell, arrested at 2:19 a.m. at 311 Main St., charged with second-degree intoxication.

Jeremy Michael Wilson, 37, male, of Sumner, arrested at 2:28 a.m. at the 300 block of Main Street, charged with third-degree intoxication.
