Arnela Mahalbasic, 19, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 10:41 p.m. at Tremont Street and University Avenue, charged with habitual offender/barred, driving while license suspended and possession of marijuana.

Jimmie Jon Hoeppner, 40, male, of 2805 Horsehoe Drive, arrested at 2:42 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with violation of no contact order.

Travis James Krum, 24, male, of 700-743 W. Ridgeway Ave., arrested at 11:28 p.m. at 700 W. Ridgeway Ave., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Kyle Layne Thomas, 19, male, of 628 Birdsall Drive, arrested at 1:34 a.m. at 2125 Coventry Lane, charged with five counts of burglary to a motor vehicle.
