Trial of Missing Girl's Father

The attorney for Daniel Morrissey, the father of missing Evansdale girl Lyric Cook-Morrissey, has again asked for his client's upcoming trials to be moved from Black Hawk County. He said there has been too much publicity surrounding the disappearance of Cook-Morrissey and her cousin Elizabeth Collins for Daniel Morriessy, who was arrested on drug and domestic abuse charges, to get a fair hearing.
