Drunk Driving and Public Intoxication Charges: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

Nov. 9:

James Miller Parrott, 64, male, of Hudson, arrested at 3:30 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with habitual offender/barred, driving with license suspended and harassment of a public official.

Thomas Alan Sellers, 54, male, of 700 W. Ridgeway Ave., arrested at 8:44 p.m. at Highway 58 and Viking Road, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged second-degree.

Nov. 10:

Cory Glen Reynolds, 21, male, of Winfield, arrested at 12:16 a.m. at 503 W. 22nd St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Quintorey Tim Kemp, 39, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 12:31 a.m. at Seerley Boulevard and Main Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Kayla Rose Rethwisch, 20, female, of 813 W. 28th St., arrested at 1:26 a.m. at College Street and University Avenue, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.
