Several Possession of Marijuana Charges and One Alleged Theft: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

August 6:

Blake James Hoeppner, 20, male, of 2805 Horseshoe Drive, arrested at 12:26 a.m. at Cedar Street and Vine Street, charged with possession of marijuana.

Carl Allen West, 25, male, of Ankeny, arrested at 2:02 p.m. at 3105 Hudson Road, charged with fifth degree theft.

Nicole Marie Burke, 29, female, of 700-503 W. Ridgeway Ave., arrested at 10:57 p.m. at 123 E. 18th St., charged with possession of marijuana.

August 7:

Jeffrey Wyatt Melick, 32, male, of 700 W. Ridgeway Ave., arrested at 12:47 p.m. at the same location, charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Jamie Nicole Payne, 36, female, of 700 W. Ridgeway Ave., arrested at 4 p.m. at the same location, charged with possession of marijuana.
