Montavious Kentrell Smith, 28, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 11:19 p.m. at Seventh Street and Main Street, charged with driving while license revoked.

Anthony Parks Jr., 30, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 11:29 p.m. at University Avenue and Rownd Street, charged with habitual offender/barred.

Sept. 6:

Nikki Jo Augustson, 27, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 1:33 a.m. at First Street and Walnut Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged second.

Dennis Earl Leahy, 64, male, of 6906 S. Main St., arrested at 10:19 a.m. at 6906 Highway 58, charged with fourth degree theft.

Adam Joseph Recker, 21, male, of Oelwein, arrested at 11 a.m. at the Black Hawk County Jail, charged with third degree theft.

Andrew David Meyer, 19, male, of 2900 Hudson Road, arrested at 9:17 p.m. at 2128 College St., charged with possession of a controlled substance - marijuana - 3 and drug paraphernalia.
