3 Arrested on Marijuana Charges, 2 Charged With Drunk Driving: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

Jan. 29:

Eric Matthew Burke, 28, male, of 1928-4 College Street, arrested at 2:34 a.m. at West 19th Street and West 20th Street, charged with possession of marijuana.

Jan. 30:

Lawrence Andrew Followill, 27, male, of 822 Oak Park Blvd., arrested at 1:41 a.m. at West First Street and North Highland Drive, charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and possession of prescription drugs.

Arthur Charles Lathan, 24, male, of 4400 N. Zircon Lane, arrested at 4:33 a.m. at Westgate Avenue and Estate Drive, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Jan. 31:

Matthew Robert Dunn, 25, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 1:21 a.m. at First Street and Clay Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Jon Casey McCaughey, 21, male, of 815 Maple Street, arrested at 9:17 p.m. at 6301 University Ave., charged with fifth-degree theft and possession of marijuana.
