Becky Jane Hoeppner, 38, female, of 805-6 W. Seerley Blvd., arrested at 8:16 a.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Blotter, charged with third degree theft.

James Jack Cowan, 46, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 1 p.m. at the Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office, charged with third degree burglary.

Myriah Renee Bordner, 18, female, of 903 W. Fourth St., arrested at 1:30 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with two counts fifth degree theft.

July 14:

Taylor Joel Howard, 21, male, of Ames, arrested at 12:40 a.m. at the 300 block of Main Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Shane Michael Sires, 42, male, of 700-123 W. Ridgeway Ave., arrested at 12:49 a.m. at the same location, charged with assault domestic serious.

Mikal Catherine Ratchford, 19, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 1:49 a.m. at the 1100 block of State Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Zachary Ryan Pettiford, 21, male, of San Diego, Calif., arrested at 1:56 a.m. at Fourth Street and Main Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Brian James Buss, 28, male, of 219-4 Main St., arrested at 2:58 a.m. at 201.5 Main St., charged with third degree burlary.

Kyle Lawrence Mauer, 27, male, of Denver, arrested at 2:58 a.m. at 201.5 Main St., charged with third degree burlary.

Alejandro Javier Herrera, 18, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 4:02 a.m. at 4241 E. Park Road, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
