Sept. 28:
Diana Marie Miller, 38, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 4:06 p.m. at Kohl's, charged with third degree theft.
Jesse Andrew Stern, 28, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 7:18 p.m. at Nordic Drive and Ridgeway Avenue, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first degree, possession of marijuana, open container (motor vehicle) and improper rear lamp.

Almir Mujakic, 23, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 11:56 p.m. at Joker's Comedy Club, charged with fourth degree criminal mischief.
