Man Arrested for Alleged Theft of Action Movie: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

A man who allegedly tried to steal two DVDs from Walmart was arrested Wednesday.
Aaron Gene Stephens, 24, of Waterloo, was arrested at 7:39 p.m. and charged with fifth degree theft.
Cedar Falls Police said he stole two DVDs, valued at $15 and $17. Store employees allegedly saw him open the movies, Real Steel and 50/50, and conceal them on his person. Police said employees kept Stephens in the store's office until the officers arrived.
