Alec Steven Shea, 19, male, of 3210 Spring Valley Lane, arrested at 8:33 p.m. at 20th Street and College Street, charged with driving while license revoked.

Oct. 11:

Jamie Allen Webb, 35, male, of 700-511 W. Ridegeway Ave., arrested at 9:07 p.m. at 700-621 W. Ridgeway Ave., charged with probation violation and violation of no contact order.

Tamara Jean Webb, 40, female, of 700-621 W. Ridgeway Ave., arrested at 9:16 p.m. at the same location, charged with violation of no contact order.

Oct. 12:

Whitney Marie Schirm, 18, female, of Dysart, arrested at 12:36 a.m. at 401 Main Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Derrek Timothy Sutherland, 23, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 2:29 a.m. at Seventh Street and State Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged second degree.
