Harassment, Drug and Theft Charges: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

Oct. 17:

Cory Scott Crawford, 34, male, of 705 W. 22nd St., arrested at 7:17 a.m. at 2235 Lincoln St., charged with first degree harassment and obstructing emergency personnell.

Oct. 18:

Colt Douglas Martin, 20, male, of Mount Vernon, arrested at 11:35 a.m. at McClain Drive and University Avenue, charged with possession of a controlled substance-marijuana-3.

Mark Edwin Klepper II, 30, male, of 1813 W. Eighth St., arrested at 11:47 a.m. at the same location, charged with contempt of court.

Corrian Meshae Parker, 18, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 2:19 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with fifth degree theft.

Oct. 19:

Cassandra Marie Gibson, 18, female, of Dubuque, arrested at 11:06 p.m. at Highway 58 and University Ave., charged with drug paraphernalia.
