Colten Daniel Muth, 22, male, of 609 W. 10th St., arrested at 12:08 a.m. at 609 W. 10th St., charged with possession of marijuana.

Shannon Marie Conrad, 21, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 1:58 a.m. at the 1800 block of Clay Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Nathan Andrew Springer, 19, male, of Raymond, arrested at 4:26 a.m. at 9614 University Ave., charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Munirih Nichols, 36, female, of 2216-30 Lincoln St., arrested at 6:13 p.m., charged with non-serious child endangerment.
