Public Intoxication, Theft and Possession of a Fictitious License Charges: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

The following information was provided by the police. It does not represent a conviction.

Sept. 26:

Nicholas Alexander Pauley, 25, male, of Jesup, arrested at 8:18 a.m. at Target, charged wtih fourth degree theft.

Eric Matthew Maas, 18, male, of 721 State St., arrested at 7:36 p.m. at the same location, charged with possession of a fictitious license.

Steven James Ristow, 21, male, of Manitowoc, Wis., arrested at 8:49 p.m. at Black Hawk Village, charged with consumption in public/intoxication and disorderly conduct.
