Theft and Public Intoxication Charges: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

Euniceshia Jhonwanda Watkins, 18, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 4:34 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with two counts fourth degree theft.

Tyrone Parrow Jr., 23, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 5:16 p.m. at Hy-Vee, charged with fifth degree theft.

Dec. 7:

Russell James Benhart, 19, male, of Oelwein, arrested at 2:50 a.m. at 9614 University Ave., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Jeremy Laverne Rutter, 38, male, of 3302-57 Emerald Road, arrested at 10:15 a.m. at the same location, charged with violation of no contact order.

Christy May Rutter, 35, female, of 2202-57 Emerald Road, arrested at 10:49 a.m. at 3302-57 Emerald Road, charged with violation of no contact order.
