Theft and Drunk Driving Charges: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

Sept. 14:

Angela Acosta Le, 20, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 2:37 p.m. at Walmart, charged with fifth degree theft.

Shantell Ashari Bishop, 27, female, of 1221 Maplewood Drive, arrested at 11:53 p.m. at Hy-Vee, charged with fifth degree theft.

Sept. 15:

Ahmad Sami Alkhalawi, 28, male, of 1112 W. 22nd St., arrested at 2:31 a.m. at the 900 block of West 23rd Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first degree.

Scott Joseph Scroggins, 41, male, of 4410 University Ave., arrested at 2:54 a.m. at Ashland Avenue and Rainbow Drive, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged second degree and driving while license revoked.

Susan Michelle Flores, 41, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 10:25 a.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first degree and child endangerment non-serious.
