Dec. 16:

Tyson Ray Zellaha, 24, male, of Vista, Calif., arrested at 2:07 a.m. at 407 Main St., charged with disorderly conduct.

Tyler Eugene Jackson, 20, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 2:08 a.m. at the 400 block of Main Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Shana Rae Zellaha, 21, female, of 1528 Starview Drive, arrested at 2:10 a.m. at 407 Main Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Michael Allen Atkins, 20, male, of Elk Run Heights, arrested at 2:34 a.m. at 2515 Main St., charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Dec. 17:

William Earl Aukes, 22, male, of Parkersburg, arrested at 7:14 a.m. at 17813 180th St., charged with credit card fraud.
