James Albert Ellingson, 20, male, of 923 Barnett Drive, arrested at 9:06 p.m. at the same location, charged with third-degree intoxication and fifth-degree criminal mischief.

Dec. 26:

Ashley Jean Moorman, 33, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 2:08 p.m. at the Black Hawk County Jail, charged with third-degree theft.

Dec. 28:

Brady Scott Mears, 23, male, of 108-B2 Balboa Ave., arrested at 2:02 a.m. at Jennings Drive and South Main Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged second-degree.

Jennifer Sue Tranby, 29, female, of 2216-23 Lincoln St., arrested at 6:16 a.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Department, charged with assault domestic serious.
