Cody Michael Tarrance, 23, male, of La Porte City, arrested at 2:09 a.m. at 5826 University Ave., charged with disorderly conduct.

Hussain Yousef A Alyousef, 24, male, of 717 Calumett Drive, arrested at 2:55 a.m. at 2019 College St., charged with driving while license revoked.

Brandon Blair Choate, 21, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 2:06 a.m. at 925 W. 22nd St., charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged second, driving with license revoked and possession of prescription drug.

Kelechi Obioma Ubochi, 20, male, of Des Moines, arrested at 9:47 a.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with false report - law enforcement and second degree theft.
