Sept. 24:

Terrell Dwayne Sallay, 36, male, of 1307 Delta Drive, arrested at 1:26 p.m. at the same location, charged with violation of no contact order.

Tanika La Von Barnes, 32, female, of 1813 W. Eighth St., arrested at 1:26 p.m. at 1307 Delta Drive, charged with violation of no contact order.

Sept. 25:

Anthony Faey Davison, 26, male, of 2304 W. Third St., arrested at 2:04 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church, charged with second degree theft.

Jeremy Laverne Rutter, 37, male, of 3302 Emerald Road, arrested at 12:36 p.m. at the same location, charged with serious assault domestic, non-serious child endangerment and assault/domestic assault strangle no injury.

Sept. 26:

Shannon Luke Graham, 42, male, of 3004 W. Fourth St., arrested at 1:26 a.m. at First Street and Tremont Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged second degree and driving with license supsended/simple misdemeanor.
