Derek James Miller, 24, male, of Denver, arrested at 2:22 a.m. at First Street and Roosevelt Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Derek Richard Murphy, 22, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 11:09 a.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with fifth-degree theft.

Dec. 19:

Jarrel Wayne Anderson, 27, male, of 509 W. 26th St., arrested at 9:24 p.m. at Kohls, charged with fifth-degree theft.

Dec. 21:

Joshua Thomas Taylor, 31, male, of 1016 Lantz Ave., arrested at 7:23 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged third-degree.
