Tyler Benjamin Albers, 23, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 4:59 p.m. at 7404 University Ave., charged with driving with license suspended/simple misdemeanor and driving while license revoked.

July 27:

Joshua Lewis Cluke, 23, male, of Davenport, arrested at 2:27 a.m. at 2609 Olive St., charged with fifth degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Nicolas Edward Sanborn, 29, male, of 1010 W. Ninth St., arrested at 5:56 a.m. at 615 W. Seventh St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Samuel Kenneth Kofron, 24, male, of 1002-20 Clair St., arrested at 8:51 a.m. at 2208 Thunder Ridge Blvd., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
