Darren Alan Brackin, 32, male, of Waverly, arrested at 4:16 p.m. at the 5700 block of University Avenue, charged with driving while license suspended.

Jeena Jo Williams, 24, female, of Ankeny, arrested at 4:23 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with making a false report to law enforcement.

Antionette Shanta Smith, 21, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 7:21 p.m. at 5911-400 University Ave., charged with third-degree theft.

Nov. 27:

Michael Raymond Brinkman, 40, male, of 1603 Orchard Drive, arrested at 12:57 p.m. at the same location, charged with outside warrant/wanted.

Nov. 29:

Markus Earl Harding, 28, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 11:04 a.m. at the Black Hawk County Courthous, charged with fifth-degree theft.
