Forgery, Theft and Drunk Driving Charges: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

Nov. 19:

Jeanette Marie Marshall, 30, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 11:07 a.m. at the Black Hawk County Jail, charged with forgery: documents. Arrested again Nov. 20 at 5:49 p.m. at the Black Hawk County Jail, charged with two counts of forgery: documents and two counts of third degree theft.

Joleen Lynn Leuer, 47, female, homeless, arrested at 12:01 p.m. at West 23rd Street and Olive Street, charged with criminal trespass.

Samanta Mujagic, 22, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 4:29 p.m. at 5911 University Ave., charged with third-degree theft.

Leandra Anita Shawna Hughes, 19, female, of 1813-16 W. Eighth St., arrested at 4:29 p.m. at 5911 University Ave., charged with third-degree theft.

Nov. 24:

Barkley William Hill, 19, male, of Denver, arrested at 1:45 a.m. at 7404 University Ave., charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.
