Drew Alexander Lederman, 18, male, of 2124 W. 27th St., arrested at 4 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with second degree criminal mischief.

Philip Lee Schroeder, 22, male, of 1502 Delta Drive, arrested at 4:07 p.m. at 5911-400 University Ave., charged with fifth degree theft.

Debra Ann Walters, 57, female, of Parkersburg, arrested at 6:42 p.m. at College Square Mall, charged with fifth degree theft.

Rebecca Jean Walters, 24, female, of Parkersburg, arrested at 6:42 p.m. at College Square Mall, charged with fourth degree theft.
