Oct. 15:

W. C. Taylor Jr., 47, male, of Waterloo, arrested 12:31 a.m. at 525 Brandilynn Blvd., charged with third degree theft, habitual offender/barred and criminal trespass.

Oct. 17:

Cindy Lou Stickfort, 53, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 7:23 p.m. at Hy-Vee, charged with third degree theft.

Lisa Ann Bentley, 28, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 7:23 p.m. at Hy-Vee, charged with fifth degree theft.

Derrick Dwight Sunderman, 32, male, of 3004 W. Fourth St., arrested at 7:51 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with habitual offender/barred, driving while license revoked and driving while license suspended/simple misdemeanor.
