Myriah Renee Bordner, 18, female, of 903 W. Fourth St., arrested at 2:33 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with fifth degree theft.

William Lee Ioerger, 21, male, of Dunkerton, arrested at 2:43 a.m. at 2223.5 College St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Ryan Steven Monk, 19, male, of Forest City, arrested at 5:34 a.m. at 1911 Olive St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.
