Derrick Dwight Sunderman, 32, male, of 3004-4 W. Fourth St., arrested at 12:40 a.m. at Hudson Road and University Avenue, charged with habitual offender/barred and driving with license suspended/simple misdemeanor.
Tina Lee Fairbanks, 43, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 2:02 p.m. at , charged with third degree theft.

Kevin Michael Preece, 29, male, of 700-704 W. Ridgeway Ave., arrested at 1:02 a.m. at the same location, charged with probation violation.
