Marijuana and Theft Charges: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

Sept. 30:

Lucas Timothy Rindels, 19, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 3:06 a.m. at 1328 Delta Drive, charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Dana Howard Shreeve, 43, male, of 2610 College St., arrested at 3:21 p.m. at 6301 University Ave., charged with fifth degree theft and parole violation.

Desirea Lynn Phillips, 29, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 8:17 p.m. at Kohl's, charged with two counts fifth degree theft.

Oct. 1:

Steven Lee Nosko, 53, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 12:26 a.m. 2216 Lincoln St., charged with drug paraphernalia.

Roberta Marteniez, 36, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 3:05 p.m. at 525 Brandilynn Blvd., charged with fourth degree theft.
