Alex Richard Wolter, 21, male, of Denver, arrested at 2:58 a.m. at 21st Street and Olive Street, charged with possession of marijuana and possession of prescription drug.

Linda Kay Truax, 50, female, of 1813-63 W. Eighth St., arrested at 3:01 p.m. at 525 Brandilynn Blvd., charged with fourth degree theft.
