Majaeda Lashai Harris, 22, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 2:24 p.m. at 4117-116 University Ave., charged with child endangerment non-serious and fifth-degree criminal mischief.

Jan. 23:

Rhonda Sue Biemann, 43, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 5 p.m. at the 900 block of Lincoln Street, charged with driving with license suspended/simple misdemeanor.

Jan. 24:

Philip Lee Schroeder, 22, male, of 1502 Delta Drive, arrested at 12:14 a.m. at Main Street and Seerley Boulevard, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged second-degree.

Anthony Charles Smith, 36, male, of 4711 University Ave., arrested at 12:04 p.m. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with third-degree theft.

Jan. 25:

Samantha Michelle Van Dyke, 22, female, of 609 W. 10th St., arrested at 12:08 a.m. at the same location, charged with possession of marijuana.
