William Marcus Gause, 28, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 2:13 a.m. at the 18th Street overpass and Highway 58, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged second degree.

Kevin Gerard Quackenbush, 52, male, of 3112 Boulder Drive, arrested at 5:43 p.m. at the same location, charged with disorderly conduct.

Sept. 10:

Tyesha Nicole Jones, 27, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 5:49 p.m. at , charged with third degree theft.

Tashara Shanae Erie, 24, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 5:49 p.m. at Walmart, charged with third degree theft.

Dontrell Depree Burt, 21, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 5:49 p.m. at Walmart, charged with fifth degree theft.
