Jason Mathew Bonner, 45, male, of 3828 Carlton Drive, arrested at 10:54 p.m. at Victory Drive and Waterloo Road, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first degree.

Oct. 26:

Jordan James Walker, 22, male, of 2901 Ohio St., Shull Hall, University of Northern Iowa, arrested at 2:12 a.m. at the 1900 block of Main Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first degree.

Terry James Payne, 51, male, of New Hampton, arrested at 2:29 p.m. at 525 Brandilynn Blvd., charged with fifth degree theft.

Jiamin Liao, 23, female, of 3304 Boulder Drive, arrested at 2:52 p.m. at 6301 University Ave., charged with fifth degree theft.

Douglas William Stocks, 50, male, of Cedar Rapids, arrested at 3:03 p.m. at 201 Main Street, charged with fifth degree theft.
