August 3:

Ryan Seth Berg, 25, male, of 2015 Washington St., arrested at 2:15 a.m. at 13th Street and Main Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

Jordan Scot Carbiener, 21, male, of 1911 Tremont Street, arrested at 2:15 a.m. at 13th Street and Main Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

August 8:

Philip Lee Schroeder, 22, male, of 1502 Delta Drive, arrested at 1:52 p.m. at the same location, charged with criminal trespass.

August 10:

Soren Reid Hultman, 29, male, of Waterloo, arrested at 1:17 a.m. at East First Street and Main Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first.

Jeremiah Dean Messerly, 24, male, of Fort Dodge, arrested at 1:48 a.m. at 1006 W. 11th St., charged with intoxication/second.
