July 2:

Traci Lynn Bartholomew, 37, female, of Parkersburg, arrested at 9 a.m. at Walmart, charged with fourth degree theft.

July 3:

Peggy Jane Gelder, 53, female, of 2724-305 Bicentennial Drive, arrested at 7:07 p.m. at Hy-Vee, charged with criminal trespass.

James Albert Ellingson, 20, male, of 923 Barnett Drive, arrested at 11:11 p.m. at the 900 block of Barnett Drive, charged with consumption in public/intoxication and interference/no injury.
