Colton Francisco Laetare, 22, male, of Cedar Falls, arrested at 1:42 a.m. at the 1800 block of Olive St., charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Adam Charles Gutz, 22, male, of 3210-D6 Spring Valley Lane, arrested at 1:42 a.m. at 11th Street and Main Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first-degree.

Charles George Peters Jr., 22, male, of 3210-D6 Spring Valley Lane, arrested at 1:52 a.m. at 11th Street and Main Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication and interference/no injury.

Douglas James Sutherland, 49, male, of 315-6C Washington St., arrested at 9:57 p.m. at the Black Hawk County Jail, charged with credit card fraud.

Pualeina Grace Kaaihue, 24, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 11:43 p.m. at 1521 Technology Parkway, charged with interference/no injury.

Britney Kayla Faust, 25, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 11:45 p.m. at 1521 Technology Parkway, charged with fifth-degree theft.
