Logan Alan Anton, 21, male, of 411 W. Third St., arrested at 4:02 a.m. at the 1100 block of Main Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Mandy Rae Saunders, 30, female, of 115 E. Lone Tree Road, arrested at 3:24 p.m. at Bennington Road and Ford Road, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first degree.

Diana Marie Miller, 38, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 7:43 p.m. at Walmart, charged with fifth degree theft and driving with license suspended/simple misdemeanor.

Sept. 13:

Grant Owen McElwee, 23, male, of 1515 W. Fourth St., arrested at 10:57 p.m. at Fourth Street and Clay Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first degree.

Sept. 14:

Aaron Michael Fischer, 22, male, of 2124 W. 27th St., arrested at 1:23 p.m. at 1300 W. 23rd St., charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first degree.
