Cedar Falls Stabbing Victims Names, Conditions Released

A name of a third person involved with the incident is still being withheld, polices said.


The two victims of a Sunday morning stabbing have what are considered to be non-life threatening injuries, Cedar Falls police said today.

Brady Allen Lancaster, 19, and Tanner David Cook, 16, both of Le Mars, were injured during an altercation at Hillcrest Park Apartments, 9614 University Ave., just after 1 a.m. on Feb. 19, police said.

A third person involved with the incident has been identified, but the name is being withheld and no arrests have been made.

Lancaster was stabbed several times in the leg and was treated at a local hospital before being transferred to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Cook was treated at a local hospital for a stab wound to the leg.
