This week, The Atlantic's website carries rebuttal's to Stephen Bloom's acerbic portrayl of Iowa, which they published last week. Cedar Falls resident Bernard Sherman mentions Cedar Falls and Waterloo, and foodie Kurt Friese defends Iowa's cuisine.
