Two people were hospitalized, including a Cedar Falls woman, after a three-vehicle crash in Cedar Falls Tuesday.

Cedar Falls police said Jordan Rathbone, of Readlyn, was driving a 2002 Pontiac Bonneville when the vehicle struck a 2007 Dodge Caravan driven by Heidi Wegener of Cedar Falls. Police said Wegener's vehicle then struck a 2010 Chevy Suburban driven by Jodi Diekmann of Apple Valley, Minn.

Both Wegener and a front-seat passenger in Rathbone's vehicle were transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police did not release the passenger's name or say which hospital the two were transported to. No injuries were reported from Diekmann's vehicle.
