Updated With Names: Cedar Rapids Woman Killed in Cedar Falls Crash

Update:

A Cedar Rapids woman was killed Monday after an 18-wheeler struck the car she was driving at the corner of Highway 58 and Viking Road in Cedar Falls.

The woman, Karli Hilgenberg, 20, was alone in the vehicle and died at the scene, police said.

Police said the car, a blue sedan, was traveling southbound on Highway 58 and turned left in front of the semi at about 4:10 p.m.

The semi was driven by Richard Evans, 44, of Charles City.
